It's that time again for us Muggles to celebrate Harry's Birthday! Join us for a night of wizardly crafts, butterbeer, and trivia on Friday, July 31st at 6:30pm at Hammer & Stain Rockville. You will pick your project design below, indicate any necessary personalization, and then customize in the studio with a wide variety of paint and stains.
Space is LIMITED for this and all of our events. Can't make it? Sold out? Or would feel more comfortable @HOME? NO PROBLEM! This event also have a Virtual @HOME option! A zoom event link will be sent to you 24 hours in advance to join us online. An instructor will walk you thru the process from the comfort of your own. Choose @HOME during the check-out process and we will have your kit ready for pick-up within 72 hours. Kits come complete with your choice of paint, tools & instructions. You do not need to be present during the virtual event as instructions are included with all kits.
*Any of our Wizard and Witch Designs below can be done changed to a different project size or pillow. Please choose the project size/pillow and then indicate the different design under personalization.
*Color selections below ONLY need to be completed if you are participating VIRTUALLY! If you are attending the IN-PERSON, these sections can be left blank as you can decide that evening.
How it works: When you arrive the wood will be unfinished and the one-time use stencil will be cut with your pre-ordered, custom design. You will be able to choose your own colors for the wood and stencil, using our wide selection of stain and paint. The designs listed below are only examples and do not reflect YOUR final product.
COVID Policies: Please note the following changes to our in studio workshops to ensure the safety of our guests as well as our instructors. Thank you in advance for adhering to these new policies:
Guests must wash hands upon entrance into the studio.
Guests must wear masks when not seated at their assigned table.
As a reminder, ONLY registered guests are permitted into the studio.
We will be limiting the number of guests to 10-12.
All tables will be seated restaurant style with groups seated together. Smaller groups will no longer be sharing tables.
Please wear or bring a tshirt that you don't mind getting messy as we will no longer be using our cloth aprons.
Single use tools/paint will be used as much as possible otherwise they will be disinfected before & after each use.
Instructors will bring tools/paint to guest tables.
Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops using the same design. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to cancel.
