Come and celebrate your event with Hammer & Stain Rockville! 

Reserve a date/time for your group.  There is a minimum of 10-12 guests for a private event.  Please see our Party page and Kids Party Page for specifics.  

In order to secure this date please submit the $100 deposit.  Our party coordinator will contact your confirm your project choices.  As the hostess, you are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline.  The deadline for ALL guest to register is 3 days prior to your event. 

Your group will have access of our workshop on the date and time you have secured.  Your hosts may arrive 30 minutes in advance to set up any decorations and/or food for your group.  ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline!   

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link. 

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.

Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops using the same design. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (hammerandstainrockville@gmail.com) to cancel.
